Terms and conditions

In consideration of Adventure Coordinators (the Agency) agreement to assist the Customer in purchasing travel services from various Travel Services Suppliers, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

The Customer by paying a deposit, agrees that he/she/they has/have accepted the terms and conditions as follows:
Adventure Coordinators is acting as agent and intermediary for suppliers who are not related, affiliated, or controlled by the Agency, in selling services which are not performed or supplied by the Agency; including such services as air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, excursions, cruises, insurance. As the Agency is acting solely as an agent between the Travel Service Supplier and the Customer, the Customer agrees that it shall be subject to the terms and conditions of sale of each travel service supplier.
