Laos, a beautiful laid-back country in South-East Asia, is often combined with more famous places like Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia. Yet Laos has so much to offer it warrants its own separate adventure holiday. On this tour you not only visit the popular north of the country but also the often-overlooked south, a region with beautiful scenery, forgotten villages, tranquil riverine landscapes and stunning temples. From the capital Vientiane to the Plain of Jars, from Luang Prabang and the Kuang Si Waterfalls in the north, to Wat Phu Champassak, the Bolaven Plateau and Don Khong Island in the south, this adventure tour of Laos has it all.

Adventure Coordinators Insider Tip:

I loved the south of Laos.  It is a region where not much goes on, but that is the attraction of it.  Keep your camera handy as you tour the area by boat, which is especially scenic when the setting sun bathes the Mekong in a golden haze.
