Adventure Coordinators Insider Tip:
There is no bad time to visit the Amazon. The dry season (May through September) sees animals come to the river banks to drink and you can walk in the forest. The wet season's rising waters allows for exploration further into the forest and lifts your boat closer to the tree canopy.
