Summers are busy on the Camino and you should book well ahead of time.  Consider the beautiful spring and fall seasons when temperatures are perfect for hiking, rain falls only every third day and crowds have gone home.

DAY 5 To Portugal's olders town, Ponte de Lima (5.5 hrs, 17 kms)
DAY 6 Through the hills to Pecene (6.5 hrs, 22 kms)
DAY 7 To Tui in Spain (4.5 hrs, 15 kms)
DAY 8 Quiet roads and paths to O Porriño (6 hrs, 23 kms)
DAY 9 Walk to coastal Arcade (6 hrs, 23 kms)
DAY 10 Ramble to old Pontevedra (3-4 hrs, 12 kms)
DAY 11 Hike to Caldas de Reis (6-7 hrs, 22 kms)
DAY 12 To Padron (5-6 hrs, 19 kms)
DAY 13 To Santiago de Compostela (6-7hrs, 26 kms)
DAY 14 End Santiago

I could have walked weeks more. I didn't want to stop such was the enjoyment of the walk. I felt like Forrest Gump and just wanted to keep on going!
