Ungava, Baffin & Greenland Explorer

Join us for an expedition cruise exploring southern Baffin Island, the north coast of Ungava and the west coast of Greenland. Along the way there will be plenty of chances to experience Inuit culture as we land in several settlements along these coasts. Expect an interactive cultural performance of Inuit games or perhaps purchase one-of-a-kind pieces of art and talk with some of the outstanding artists.
Enjoy hikes among the blooming tundra on the Itijjagiaq Trail, part of the Trans Canada Trail.
Wildlife abounds on this trip and we hope to spot polar bear, walrus, several species of whale and seal, and of course a myriad of seabirds as we visit some outstanding bird cliffs.
Across Davis Strait we visit vibrant Nuuk, the capital of Greenland while in Kangerlussuatsiaq fjord we take a zodiac cruise at the foot of the famous glacier. Finally, we cross the Arctic Circle to end our cruise in Kangerlussuaq, from where we fly back to Toronto.
