I would highly recommend this trip. The diversity in hikes, the rich culture, and breathtaking views created a memorable experience but it was the trail leader/guide who really set the trip a part - she was a star!
The tour leader was outstanding. The hiking was fabulous but it was her ability to lead the group that made it the experience it was. I've said to people that as a trail leader she was excellent but she was an even better person.
For the cost, I think an added day of hiking would be great. I also thought the single room supplement was a touch high but not overly concerned over it. I think having a boxed lunch included as part of the hike would be benecifial.
The group was arguably the highlight. Great group of people with varying experiences and backgrounds.
The accommodations were good. The first hotel was good and the last hotel was great - comfortable bed and fabulous breakfast. The middle hotel, while the location was good, was not as good as the others.
