Two outdoor adventure shows in Toronto and an invite to meet Adventure Coordinators.

Many of you have been booking trips with Tom for well over twenty years and yet we have never met face to face. Perhaps now is a good time to meet: we have two shows coming up or you let me buy you a coffee.

Toronto Outdoor Adventure Show

First up is the Toronto Outdoor Adventure Show, Canada’s largest showcase of outdoor gear and adventure travel experiences. There will be over 300 exhibitors offering the latest gear, clothing and adventure travel destinations plus over 100 adventure presentations to help you plan your next adventure. And we'll be there of course. We have teamed up with our partner company Vision as well as with World Expeditions and Quark Expeditions and we look forward to seeing you at booth 304.

All Things Camino

On March 3rd 2018 Tom will be present at a day dedicated to "All things Camino". If you are interested in walking part or all of the Camino de Santiago, the network of pilgrim trails that lead to Santiago de Compostella in Northern Spain, this will be a good event to attend. I will be manning a table to talk travel arrangements from 11:30 to 1pm, along with other people providing information about guides and routes and walking it alone. Mountain Equipment Coop will be there with gear and there will be a resale table with previously loved gear.

During the day there will be speakers talking about the Camino del Norte, what it is like to walk the Camino and a presentation with the intriguing title "Highlights and Headlights of your Camino".

Doors open at 9 and the show ends at 4.

140 Wineva Avenue at Beach United Church just north of Queen Street East in The Beach neighbourhood of Toronto.

Admission is CA$15 per person but you could qualify for up to CA$150 off trips with World Expeditions and Exodus.

Let me buy you a coffee

An office is an office is an office is an office. I like to get out as much as I can and that includes meeting up with you. There is a splendid neighbourhood coffee shop I like to support, The Birchcliff, at 1666 Kingston Road in Toronto. If you have questions about travel or are interested in a trip, let me know and I will buy you a coffee (or two). Email me to set up an appointment.
